Eu Digital Services Act: what has changed for users and providers?
This joint working session of the Data Protection, Technology, Fashion and Intellectual Property commissions will take a look at some of the aspects introduced by the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), its cross-border implications and developments from the E-commerce Directive and the first implementations undertaken by on-line services providers.
This session aims to provide a very practical analysis of the application of the DSA and discuss the challenges faced by Lawyers and In-house practitioners since its entry into force.
