This table will debate about essential matters for the international sale of goods in the fashion sector including:
(i) The notion of non-conformity in Article 35 CISG
(ii) Some traps to be aware of whenever an international sale of goods agreement is negotiated:
• Notification of non-conformity.
• Determining the “reasonable time” after which claims are forfeited.
• Limiting contractually the seller’s liability for damages
