Have you ever had to deal with one or more participant in a cross-border mediation who is aggressive, withdrawn, controlling, negative, not responsive, stuck in the past, belligerent and/or focused on “winning” instead of looking for a solution? This interactive program will discuss those challenges and offer tactics to help avoid having such behaviors impede a successful mediation.
