The criteria for differentiating regular patients from critically ill patients are the degree to which the disease is life-threatening and the degree to which the disease can be controlled. Compared with regular patients, the availability of the medical products and the applicability of the treatment options are both limited for critically ill patients. The construction of the clinical trial hospital is to deal with this problem. Through the construction of the one-stop platform, it can provide diversified path choices for critically ill patients and effectively solve the treatment dilemma. The proposal of the clinical trial hospital is an innovative conception. Its essence lies in the bidirectional and reasonable allocation of the limited clinical trial resources. There are still many problems to be solved in theory and practice. This paper tries to explore the legal risks and operational risks of the construction of clinical trial hospitals, solutions will also be put forward.

What Do The Applications Of Gene Editing, Artificial Intelligence And Big Data Brings To The Fields Of Life Science, Medical Supply, Food Supply And Environmental Impact?

First, a personal note. In my youth, my family made an annual journey to my great grandmother’s farmstead in the Red River Valley of North Dakota, where there was a silent spring. Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) pesticides sprayed on this farmland had killed certain wildlife.

In high school, I was exposed to Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World and George Orwell’s 1984 warnings about the dangers posed by foreign and domestic governments. I have remained vigilant in looking for signs that the prognostications of those futurists were upon us. It was in these formative years that I recognized myself as a positive change agent. This identity caused me to look at science and technology and their dual use implications.
