Mediators often encounter situations that raise troubling ethical issues, which require them to quickly decide how to react.   Responses may differ among mediators, depending on the cultures of the mediators, and the other participants in the mediations.  Through the use of a variety of scenarios, this session will engage the attendees in an enlightening exploration of the impact of culture on mediator ethics.
