Activity: Chiuariu & Associates – Attorneys at Law (CAAL) is a business-oriented Romanian Law Firm, delivering a full range of legal services for the establishment, development, protection and legal security of businesses, with extended expertise in Litigation and Arbitration, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law and Sports Law.

Missions: The firm specializes in Arbitration and Litigation, so, the trainee will get the chance to practice his/her skills in this area. Most of the cases and consultancy services are related to Commercial and Civil Law, Labor Law and Sports Law.

Language requirements: English

Placement term: 1 month – 3 months (part time & full time accepted, with a minimum of 4 hours)

Preferred time of the year: Anytime of the year, except for the month of August.

More information: The internship will not be paid and no other type of compensation will be offered for this placement. However, the firm will help the interns by providing assistance, information and support throughout the transition period, such as information on Visa requirements (if any) and accommodation possibilities. The firm also estimates that a monthly budget required for a decent standard of living in Bucharest is situated around the sum of 1,000 euro, whereas accommodation (single room flat) would be around 300 Euro.
