Joint Resolution on the Rule of Law - 48th European Presidents’ Conference

On the occasion of the 48th European Presidents’ Conference 2020 held in Vienna on February 20-22, fifty European bar associations and international organisations of lawyers delivered a common resolution and joined their voices to those of all judges, prosecutors and lawyers to urge the European Institutions and national authorities to safeguard and restore the independence of the judiciary and the administration of justice in Europe.
