Panel 3 will zoom out one level and examine how law firms, the judiciary, in-house counsel, and government agencies that employ lawyers and staff can advance the health and wellness of their employees. We will discuss changes over the past 40 years; adaptation to new attitudes towards the profession and work-life balance; the impact of hybrid work models as a result of the pandemic; and best practices to deal with employee stress, fatigue and burnout while maintaining work quality and professionalism.
