Présentation

This panel will discuss the ESG regulatory trends in the financial sector, including in Europe with the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure and the EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy Regulations. After reviewing the impact of this new regulatory framework on financial market actors (banks, asset managers, product issuers, distributors…) across the entire organisation and value chain, a special focus will be made on the ESG covenants applicable in the financing of operational companies.
