Presentation

#UIACompetition

Private enforcement of competition law is increasingly important. This is demonstrated by the new European Union Damages Directive (2014/104/EU) and the growing number of claims for damages and/or other remedies arising from national and international cartels and/or other anti-competitive practices.

This conference, which brings together experts from many jurisdictions, including in-house lawyers, a leading Judge, academics, officials and private practice lawyers, will consider the key recent international developments and the lessons which can be learned from them as we look to the future.

Seminar organised by the UIA Competition Law Commission in cooperation with the UIA Litigation Commission with the support of the Law Society of England and Wales, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and MLex as media partner
