Jenifer Alfaro Borges, UIA Director of Publications speaks with Carolina Marin Pedreño, a Spanish lawyer practicing in England and Wales and specialised in International Family Law and President of UIA Human Rights Commission.
Carolina comments on the globalization in family law: the increased number of couples formed by people from different nationalities (even living in a third country) and the constant movement of families for different purposes (including work). The consequences are more conflicts to be solved and prevent (where ADR must be considered).
