The 9th Winter Seminar of the UIA on the topic of “Legal Challenges for 2014: Acquisitions Involving China and other Emerging Markets; Current Issues in Contract Law, Family Law, Real Estate and Regulatory Matters; LIBOR Disputes and Litigation Trends" being held in Bruneck from February 23 to March 1, 2014.

Ideally, we would like to see for each session 2 speakers from common law and two from civil law countries.
