Presentation

Despite occasional economic ups and downs, there is a continuous need for public and private infrastructure developments. However, the legal challenges faced by both public and private sector parties to infrastructure projects change rapidly. These changes result from sustainability equirements, environmental issues, constantly evolving EU legislation, political battles and many other factors.

This seminar will cover the main issues affecting crossborder infrastructure projects, not only from a civil law and regulatory point of view, but also from an economic perspective by involving industry and financial experts to explain the economic and financial aspects of infrastructure development projects.

In addition to the professional programme, we hope that participants will take the opportunity to enjoy the many sights and attractions of Barcelona.

We hope that you will join us to help to make this a memorable seminar on this important topic in one of the most beautiful cities in Spain.
