The type of information, know-how and other knowledge that companies need to protect is changing rapidly in the digital economy. At the same time, more and more employees in such companies are making a significant contribution to the development and innovation of their employees.
This panel will address the new challenges of labour law contracts in the digital age, in particular the impact of employee know-how and inventions.
