Mediation has been introduced in the OHADA legal documentation.  From the conception of the Uniform Act on Mediation (UAM) of OHADA to its promotion. After description of the conception process, the audience will be informed about the current situation, and specific developments that may be expected or that, surprisingly, may arise. A concrete example of AVOMARC actions in DRC will be described.
