Foreign Investment and Human Rights
In this joint session organised by the Foreign Investment and the Human Rights Commissions, we will present and debate the polices and sanctions that foreign investors need to take into consideration for a successful venture. Reconciling economic activities and investment in business entities or other organisations with Human Rights compliance, including employment law, ESG and regulatory compliance, will be presented and debated.
