This session will begin with initial, short comments from the experienced mediators and workplace management researcher on the panel, focusing on conflict resolution skills of mediators and line managers. Then it will open up into an interactive Q&A session with the "audience" members. Whether you are old or new to the conflict resolution profession, you don't yet "have all of the answers." So bring the questions that are on your mind, and take advantage of the diverse perspectives and experiences of our panelists to hear their answers, as well as those of other colleagues in the audience.
