15th UIA Annual Business Law Forum; from June 06 to June 07, 2024; THE LIABILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN

This session shall analyse that matrix, focusing on (i) seasonal worker immigration programmes, (ii) worker classification, (iii) enforcement of work authorization, (iv) fair labour standards, and (v) payroll systems.
