Información actualizada sobre el Brexit

Este panel aprovechará el éxito obtenido en las sesiones dedicadas al Brexit en los congresos de Budapest y de Toronto, para informar a la audiencia sobre la situación actual y el posible resultado de las negociaciones sobre el Brexit. Se debatirán las posiciones del Reino Unido y de la UE-27, así como el punto de vista del Reino Unido sobre su futuro posicionamiento a nivel mundial.
El panel examinará también el impacto del Brexit en diferentes áreas del derecho, tales como los derechos de los ciudadanos y trabajadores británicos en la UE-27 y vice-versa, el impacto fiscal, la competencia y la propiedad intelectual, la situación en el ámbito de las fusiones y adquisiciones, los servicios, etc.

    31 December 2020 – Transition deal end date
    UK remains status quo ante and all EU rules including new ones apply
    Transition deal principle agreed but application remains open as “Nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”
