The Gender Diversity and Other Non-Discrimination Solutions
What are the gender discrimination issues and other discrimination issues that arise during the employment cycle? How can we change our approach to diversity (and non-discrimination in general) in a way that effectively achieves gender diversity and non-discrimination? What legal solutions are being implemented in our jurisdictions ((i) non-discriminatory job advertisements; (ii) protection against harassment; (iii) employer’s obligations to provide reasonable accommodations; (iv) dismissal during pregnancy; (v) equal pay for work of equal value; (vi) religion freedom, etc.); How labour inspection can detect and tackle discrimination at work?
