Brexit: Old Friends, New Beginnings?
Brexit eventually happened last year and since the beginning of 2021, the bilateral relations between the EU and the UK are governed by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the UK (“TCA”).  This panel will explore the impact of the TCA on bilateral relations, identify sensitive or problematical areas and suggest practical legal solutions.
