Our panel will explore the succession rules and the implications in non-traditional family units (non-married, same sex couples, re-built families, …) highlighting key issues and providing tips and guidance on how to overcome these. A comparison will also be made to the rules in the UK and whether this could be an alternative and/or preferable location for modern families.
