Artificial Creativity – How to Deal with Contents Created by AI

For many years, the general consensus was that while AI was very efficient at repetitive tasks, creativity was the exclusive realm of humans. However, situation has rapidly changed and over the last few years new algorithmic systems such as Generative Algorithmic Networks (GAN) or AI such as Dall-e for images or GPT-3 for texts are actually creating what seem as highly skilled contents starting from basic prompts. This is disrupting the market of content creation of many professions and raises entirely new legal issues.
