Becoming a “business partner” as an in-house counsel and as an outside counsel: differences, opportunities and challenges.
The session will be a lively and enriching round table with international in-house counsel and lawyers providing their perspectives and comparing notes on how they become true business partners for their clients (for the in-house counsel its internal clients and for the lawyer their clients) to drive their client’s business and add value, while protecting the companies from major legal risks.
In-house counsel and lawyers will discuss what are the similarities, differences and challenges in their business oriented approach and how they work together and can improve their cooperation to ensure the success of the company.
