This joint session, organized by the Corporate Law and M&A Commission and the Tax Law Commission, will focus on the current legal and tax trends in M&A transactions. Among other issues, the session will address hot topics related to R&W, the growing importance of R&W insurance and tax insurance in transactions, and the impact of global minimum taxation (OECD’s Pillar Two) on R&W.
