Integrity in Sport
Integrity is a key concept in the contemporary scene of Sports Law. In order to avoid cheating, fraud and unfairness in sport, many measures have been attempted in the various areas.  Anti-doping activities are one example.
Investigations into, and new rules against, involvement in betting activities for the large-scale international sport events have become much more common.  Governance systems have been enhanced in many sports organisations.  Analysis and discussions of these developments from a range of angles will be the focus of this working session.
