Mediation and artificial intelligence
In view of the explosion of technological means and advances, the question that arises is whether artificial intelligence will play one or several roles in mediation? Will it provide strategic assistance to parties in choosing the appropriate procedure for resolving their dispute? Will it enable them to analyze their needs and interests, develop their BATNA  options, help them manage their emotions, coach them through a mediation process and, why not, replace a mediator?
