Sustainable Finance
This joint session of the Banking and Financial Services Law and Start-ups and Venture Capital Commissions will analyse issues of sustainable and responsible investments faced in different jurisdictions by investees and financial institutions, with a special focus on three different industries (i) corporate finance, (ii) assets management and (iii) start-ups and venture capital.
The session will be devised in 3 different panels of 1 hour each focusing on the different industries. After an introduction of an industry expert covering the main challenges faced by the industry in investments integrating environmental, social and governance factors, the panelists will answer to various queries of the moderator with respect to the legal, regulatory and soft-law issues faced by investees and financial institutions in different jurisdiction.
