Cloud computing, a technology widely used by many companies, is constantly evolving.
One of the obligations of the legal profession is to assist clients in meeting the challenges presented by the digital economy.
Although the advantages of cloud computing are obvious, it also presents real risks.
It is critical that lawyers make it the highest priority to confront the difficult issues of data protection and find solutions that are consistent with their professional and legal obligations.
