The COVID-19 health crisis has caused and unprecedented crisis on the fashion industry. With stores (and even factories) closed in the vast majority of countries for weeks, subject to a constantly changing legal framework as well as decrease in global demand of fashion industries. The effects of COVID-19 will most likely be extended after the restrictions of travel and movements will be lifted. In this round table we will discuss about the main legal challenges that the fashion houses need to address in order to face the new global scenario after Covid-19.
