Culture has impacted the development of different mediation approaches around the world.  This session will address investor state disputes as well as international conflicts (peace-making and business human rights disputes).  It also will explore the intercultural elements which need to be addressed in order to facilitate resolution.  Learn how inter-cultural mediation can help change perspectives, develop awareness for the issues of others, and overcome intercultural differences more constructively.
