The State of Art of Arbitration in Latin America
How often is arbitration being used in Latin America at both national and international levels? At national level is it a widespread private alternative dispute resolution or only used in important commercial cases? What about the local chamber? Are they efficient and with a reasonable cost or too expensive and of a poor standard?
And what about international arbitration decisions? Are they easily implemented in our Region or there are still some local difficulties, especially when national governments are concerned?
