GENERAL ASSEMBLY – 26 OCTOBER 2022

I would like to invite you to participate in the General Assembly of our association, which will be held in person in Dakar, Senegal, on:

26 October 2022, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm (Dakar time)
(Registration starting at 2:00 pm)

Registration for this meeting will start at 2:00 pm. To avoid waiting, I recommend that you register as early as possible.

You will have the opportunity to vote electronically on various agenda items from 10 to 17 October 23h59 (CET time). The procedure and precise instructions for electronic voting will be sent to you by separate e-mail. The results of the vote will be announced during the General Assembly meeting. Stay tuned to your e-mails.

Regarding the voting procedure, members with the right to vote will receive detailed instructions by separate e-mail. I would like to call your attention to the fact that according to article 10.5 of the Statutes, only individual members and collective members who have paid their dues three months before the date of a meeting of the General Assembly, i.e. 26 July 2022, may vote at that meeting. Associate individual members, associate collective members and honorary members do not have a right to vote.
