The Current Status of Women and Women’s Rights Around the World: Realities and Prospects

During this session, using a comparative approach enriched by our panellists’ expertise,
- We will analyse to what extent women’s rights have been protected and respected in response to the political and economic upheavals that are sweeping through various countries throughout the world. We will focus in particular on women who are victims of human trafficking.
- We will assess the current state of female entrepreneurship and its development, and we will identify the best ways to overcome the challenges facing female entrepreneurs.
- We will also analyse the impact of various laws on the advocacy and protection of women’s rights.
