Public Private Partnerships are used around the world for a wide range of infrastructure projects (such as motorways, ports, airports, energy plants and sports facilities).
The Administrative and Regulatory Law Commission will discuss the state of the art of PPP in several countries, including the public procurement aspects, and the allocation of risks in PPP contracts and litigation.
